  • I placed an order today. When should I expect my order?
    Our shipping process is designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00pm PST will typically ship out within 2 days. For orders placed during the weekend, they will be sent out on Monday or Tuesday. In the event that a product is on backorder, the estimated wait time will be between 1 to 2 weeks. You can find the estimated time displayed in your order details. If, for any reason, there are unexpected delays beyond the estimated time, we will promptly notify you. You will then have the option to either continue waiting or cancel your order. Our goal is to keep you informed throughout the process and provide you with the best possible service.
