Alternatively, you can also place your order by phone, fax, or email. Simply contact us and provide with the necessary details.

Our shipping process is designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00pm PST will typically ship out within 2 days.
For orders placed during the weekend, they will be sent out on Monday or Tuesday.
In the event that a product is on backorder, the estimated wait time will be between 1 to 2 weeks. You can find the estimated time displayed in your order details.
If, for any reason, there are unexpected delays beyond the estimated time, we will promptly notify you. You will then have the option to either continue waiting or cancel your order. Our goal is to keep you informed throughout the process and provide you with the best possible service. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
If you need to cancel your order and have not yet received the shipping confirmation, please contact us immediately by calling or texting us at 520-465-5501. As long as the shipping label has not been created, we will be more than happy to assist you in canceling or modifying your order. However, once the shipping label has been generated, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Please make sure to notify us as soon as possible to ensure that we can accommodate your request.
To purchase a gift card, visit our gift card page, choose the amount, and enter the recipient's details. You can select when you’d like the card delivered and complete your payment. After checkout, you'll receive an email confirmation, and the recipient will receive an email with their unique gift card code. You can also buy a gift card for yourself!
To redeem a gift card, the recipient simply visits our site, selects their items, and during checkout, chooses the "Redeem a gift card" option. They then enter their unique gift card code. If the purchase exceeds the value of the card, the remaining balance can be paid using regular payment methods.
