About Prescriptions

 

Serenity Herbs and Supplements works with your Chinese medical practitioner to provide the precise combination of medicinal herbs that he or she has prescribed. Herb granules are not available to patients without a prescription.

 

If you are currently under the care of a Chinese herbalist and have a prescription written, just follow the simple steps as below.  If you don't have access to a Traditional Chinese herbalist, we offer very reasonably priced diagnosis and prescription writing services.

 

You are also welcome to browse our selection of wellness products, all of which are available without prescriptions.

 

How your Prescription is Filled

 

Once your herbalist has written a prescription for you:

 

• You can send us your prescription via email serenityherbsandsupplements@gamil.com or fax at 520-333-2888

 

• We will contact you as soon as possible, once your prescription is received.  Please also feel free to contact us at 520-465-5501 to arrange the pickup or shipping details.  

 

• If you pay for the prescription online, please let us know whether you prefer shipping or local pick-up.  Please call (520) 465-5501 if you would like to drop by in person;

 

• If your herbalist has authorized refills, you may contact the dispensary directly to refill your order.
